Damon is a founding partner and director at Assembly.  He has worked locally and internationally as a 3D artist, visual effects supervisor and live action director, bringing together years of on-set VFX supervision and a passion for talent direction into a potent mix of creative expression and technical nous.

Damon is also adept at leading 3D teams in the creation of visual effects and animation across a broad range of styles and treatments, whether complex, interactive online executions or visual effects for feature films and commercials.

Damon has created internationally award winning work for clients such as Verizon, BBC, Singapore Airlines, Air New Zealand, Heinz, PepsiCo, PWC, Sony, Rabobank, ASB, NZI, Fonterra, Tui, Skittles, ANZ and Tourism NZ.
